Returns procedure MediVdeelShop

If you wish to return products, we ask you to always contact our Sales department in writing via info@ MediVdeelShop.nl.

You will receive a returns order number from us, which must be stated with your return shipment.

Return period

Bee MediVdeelShop gives you the option to return your order within 14 days after the shipping date. You can return products if they are unopened, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please keep your return receipt until you have received a message from us that your return has been processed and handled. Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be processed.

Process Return

We aim to process your return within 14 days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a message from us by email: When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows:

Term refund

The amount will be back in your account within five working days.

Invoice Payment

You will receive a credit note which you can settle with your next invoice.

Return costs

Costs for returning products are at your own expense. Just in case MediVdeelShop has sent an incorrect or defective item.

Items excluded from returns?

Some items are excluded from returns and cannot be returned:

  • Specially ordered items (these are indicated with a * on the order confirmation)
  • Refrigerated items (refrigerator products)
  • Batteries
  • Items whose packaging is damaged or items that show signs of use.
  • Examination benches and examination lamps.
  • Sterile products or sealed products that have been opened.

How can I return my items?

Step 1: Before returning an item, you must always contact the Sales department via info@ MediVdeelShop .nl. You will receive a returns order number which must be clearly stated with your return shipment.

Step 2: The items to be returned must be packaged in such a way that the items you want to return remain undamaged, unwritten and unstickered. Make sure that the original documents of the products have not been removed.

Step 3: Write down the return address below on your return shipment:

Step 4: Deliver your return to the PostNL point near you.

Step 5: Save the track and trace code you receive upon shipment*

*It is not mandatory, but it is recommended to send your return shipment with a track and trace code.

Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be made within the stated return period of 14 days.
  • Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return.
  • We will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging.
  • Damaged and/or used items will be refused and not processed.
  • If the original packaging is damaged and/or plastered to such an extent, we cannot take it back, it will be refused and not treated.
  • Non-identifiable returns without a return order number will be stored for a maximum of 1 month.
  • If you suspect that your return has not been sent correctly, you can report it to the Sales department. After this period, the return package will be processed through our own administration and correspondence can no longer be entered into.
  • If you ship via PostNL with Track and Trace code, an investigation can be started into missing returns. Please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to initiate an investigation, so if this is missing this is not possible. This service is only possible when shipped via PostNL.

Exchange/exchange items

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or exchange an item. If you would like a different product, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
